Terms of purchase

All claims are to be lodged with our Customer Service Department within 28 days of despatch of your order. For more information on how to make a claim please contact our Customer Service team via phone on 0117 955 8100.
When returning your package to Concept Photography LTD, please retain proof of the item being sent as well as the date of return.


If you have purchased a digital copy of the image(s), we are unable to refund your purchase.


Delivery is applied to UK addresses only. For delivery outside of the UK, please contact our support team prior to placing an order. Any orders created with non-UK delivery addresses will be refunded without prior notification.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised incorrectly and the card provider finds in our favour, we may recover the dispute fee charged to us by our payment provider. This is currently £15–£20 and will never be charged where we are at fault or where a refund is due under your consumer rights.
